They can be used interchangeably. Pizza sauce may have a bit more Italian seasonings and be a little thicker than spaghetti sauce, but they are basically the same.

The last time I made pizza I used 2 tablespoons of tomato paste I had in the freezer and put in the same amount of water and a tablespoon of Italian spices, & mixed it up. It was so good, I don't think I will ever buy pizza sauce again. I thought Marinara was a thinner sauce that doesn't have meat in it.
