Hard boil your eggs. Separate the yolks. Add some mayo, mustard, salt, pepper and little bit of sweet pickle juice or relish to the yolks and mix until blended well. Using a teaspoon, fill the egg whites with mixture, sprinkle paprika over the top and refridgerate. Yummy!

Here's my recipe. Measurements really depend on how many eggs you are using.
Eggs
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. curry powder
Few shakes Worcestershire Sauce
S & P (to taste)
1 tsp. parsley
1 tblsp. Sweet pickle relish
Small onion (grated)
Mayonnaise
Paprika for garnish
1. Hard boil eggs, then drain pot and cover eggs with cold water
2. Peel and cut in half putting yokes in small bowl. Put the halves on a tray or on the counter on paper towel.
3. Mash yokes with fork
4. Add: Remaining ingredients (except paprika) and mix
5. Fill each half generously. (I use a fork so it looks more natural rather than shaped with a spoon.)
6. And place in container and cover until ready to serve:
7. When ready to serve: Place on nice serving platter (or devilled egg dish if you have one). Garnish with paprika. If you have it, little sprigs of fresh parsley look nice too.
(be careful with the mayonnaise... just a little at a time because it's easy to add too much_

mix the yolks with mayo and mustard (salt and pepper, if you want). I just made some this morning, here's a hint....when you have mixed the yolks with the mayo and mustard, spoon it into a plastic sandwich bag, cut the corner of the bag and 'pipe' the mixture into the egg...it looks a bit fancier than spooning it in. Once you're done with filling them, sprinkle a little paprika on top of each one.
Good Luck!!!

Bacon Cheddar Deviled Eggs
INGREDIENTS
12 eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 slices bacon
2 tablespoons finely shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon mustard
DIRECTIONS
Place eggs in a saucepan, and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover, and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from hot water, and cool. To cool more quickly, rinse eggs under cold running water.
Meanwhile, place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Alternatively, wrap bacon in paper towels and cook in the microwave for about 1 minute per slice. Crumble and set aside.
Peel the hard-cooked eggs, and cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks to a small bowl. Mash egg yolks with mayonnaise, crumbled bacon and cheese. Stir in mustard. Fill egg white halves with the yolk mixture and refrigerate until serving.

Deviled Eggs I
INGREDIENTS
6 eggs
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
DIRECTIONS
Place eggs in a pot of salted water. Bring the water to a boil, and let eggs cook in boiling water until they are hard boiled, approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Drain eggs, and let cool.
Cut eggs in half, lengthwise. Remove the egg yolks and mash them together in a small mixing bowl. Mix in the paprika, mayonnaise, and dry mustard. Spoon mixture into the egg shells, cool and serve.
==============================================
Deviled Eggs II
INGREDIENTS
6 eggs
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon paprika
2 leaves of lettuce
DIRECTIONS
Place eggs in a pot of salted water. Bring the water to a boil, and let eggs cook in boiling water until they are hard boiled, approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Drain eggs, and let cool. Once cool, remove the shell, cut the eggs in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolks.
Place the yolks in a medium-size mixing bowl and mash them. Blend in vinegar, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper. You may need to add more mayonnaise to hold the mixture together, but it should be slightly dry.
Carefully put the egg yolk mixture back into the egg whites but do not pack it. There will be enough mixture so the whites are overfilled. Sprinkle with paprika. Place on bed of lettuce and/or garnish with parsley. Cool before serving.
