The MSG isn't in the noodles. It's in the sauces for the stuff that's served with the noodles.

Anything with monosodium glutamate is horrible for you. I would avoid it at all cost.

MSG is added itno any meal and not only in noodles. You ask the restaurant if they use it in preperation of their meals, and if so, ask to not add it in while preparing your meal, or if it is already added, then change to a restaurant who do not use it.

I always ask prior to purchasing food. Not every restaurant uses it.

Noodles alone, do not have much nutrients in them, it is what is served with that may add nutrition to them, or else they are simple carbohydrates. Ask for wholemeal ones if they have which contain complex carbohydrates and choose the additional ingredients that are added to them to be of real value in order for the meal to be good for you.

are we talking about oriental noodles. never mind the msg. worry about the dog meat or the cat meat in there. you dont want to know what else may be lurking in there as well. run away.
