I use them a lot. But my favorite way is to saute them with garlic and butter, then make an alfredo for pasta.

i prefer using fresh mushrooms over jar or canned...but they go with many things....on top of salads,topped on hamburger steak or any steak or meat for that matter, with eggs and cheese, pizza, i like taking whole button mushrooms and just wipe them clean with a lightly damp cloth and then put butter in skilled and sautee them until the are brown....they go good in casseroles, spaghetti sauce.....the ideas are unlimited....i say just experiment and don't be afraid to try them in different ways....who knows you may create a family favorite. Enjoy!
