and ...basically when I took it out of the oven , it looks pretty good but after I cut it and I saw that the dough is still raw, just a thin crust that's all, otherwise, between the topping and the crust it's the raw gooey dough...
What should I do about it?
If I put it back in to the oven, I think the toppings will go really dry or even burned .....
and can I still eat it like that?

i have been trying to eat healthy and i have some unsalted dry roasted peanuts, and they are so good and i can't stop eating them, i know they are high in fat, but it is the good fat, and also they are low carb, with on cholesterol or sodium, they are high in potassium and protein. i feel like such a pig, because i am only supposed to eat a hand full, but since i have cut out sweets high in fat and sugar and carbs, i need something to make up for that and i am tired of eating fruits and veggies all day. but really is this bad (i do plan on working out today also)

Ok, so I might be the only freak on the planet who does not own a George Foreman grill. I want to know from people who do: is it as great as they say, is it easy to clean, is there a variation on standard cooking times (slower, faster?) Would you recommend one? Please give me reason for "yes" and "no" answers... And thanks in advance!!!!

i have 2 recipes for taco salad that i havent made for years and i dont know which one i made.
i'm sure they are both good, they both have same ingredients ( cream cheese, taco seasoning, top with salsa, cheese, gr. onions, peppers) except for
1 calls for cottage cheese
other calls for sour cream
what do you think would be better?
we like both sour cream and cottage cheese.
have you made it one way or the other?

I don't have a grill, so they're made in the oven (broiled). Is there a way to get them perfect or close to perfection?

My co-workers husband works for a pasta company and today she brought in two big boxes of macaroni in cute shapes, now I don't know what to make with them. They are like pirate ships and stuff like that. This is just macaroni, plain, no cheese.

I don't eat much pasta so I have no recipes. What would you all suggest?

I've seen all the cooking shows...don't marinate fish because it breaks it down and makes it mushy. I happen to think salmon is prety 'sturdy'.

I can't find unrefined sea salt nowadays in our market. I learned that it is healthier to use sea salt than iodized salt. I don't know why our government (DOH-Philippines) is pushing the iodized salt for our use.
