I can't find unrefined sea salt nowadays in our market. I learned that it is healthier to use sea salt than iodized salt. I don't know why our government (DOH-Philippines) is pushing the iodized salt for our use.

iodized salt is safe... so unrefined sea salt

The only difference is traces of minerals in sea salt-not enough to impact your health. Iodine, however, does impact your health in very tiny amounts-in a positive way.
