If you had taco seasoning, you could take the ground beef and cook it, add the seasoning, onions and peppers and put that on top of rice.
Or you could take the pork chops and cut little slits in them, ad pieces of garlic in each slit, put on some marinade (depending on the flavor) and grill them up. Make baked potatoes and green beans.
Or you could slice the steak thin and saute the onions and peppers (assuming there green peppers) and make steak sandwiches.

The cheese, tomato sauce, pepper and the garlic will make a good sauce that will go with the pork chops. I would fry the chops in a little oil until they are slightly under cooked. Put them to the side. In the frying pan, put plenty of tomato sauce, a little milk (100ml), two cloves of garlic (crushed), 1/2 red pepper and finely chopped cheese (around 50gms) and turn up the heat until the sauce is just starting to bubble. Stir the sauce well and reduce the heat to simmer for around 5 minutes. Now put the chops into the sauce and cook for a further 5 to 10 minutes to finish cooking the pork thoroughly. For the vegetables, par boil the potatoes (minimum of 35mm to 50mm) for around 10 to 15 minutes. Drain and deep fry for 5 to 6 minutes. On the side, you can cut the other 1/2 of the red pepper and add it to a can of corn. Heat the corn and pepper in some butter. Now serve it up and enjoy.

How about steamed pork chops, roasted potatoes with garlic onions and peppers and green beans and corn?

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. On a large baking sheet, quarter peeled potatoes, add chopped onion, peppers and garlic. Sprinkle with olive oil, toss to coat. Bake for 30- 40 minutes.

For the pork chops, season each chop with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in skillet that has a lid. Brown chops on each side over med. high heat. Add a little of the marinade, not much but just enough to add some flavor, pour in about 1/4 c. water and put the lid on. When liquid comes to a boil, turn down to low and let simmer until dinner is ready.

Open cans of corn and green beans, place in microwave dishes, season with salt and pepper, add about 1 T. olive oil to beans, 1 T. butter to corn, nuke for about 2 minutes after chops and potatoes are done.

Cook your rice according to package directions. Set aside. Brown your ground beef in olive oil with your clove of garlic and onion that are chopped. Mix together your ground beef, rice and pasta sauce. Pour into a greased casserole dish and top with your mozzarella cheese. If you happen to have some crusty bread or salad greens they would go nicely with this. You could also serve this with your green beans.
