Hey!! I have one for the chocolate lovers:
Oreo Cookie Truffles
1 package oreos
8oz cream cheese
8oz semisweet bakers chocolate

Crush all but four cookies (don't eat the cookies!!!)
Place crushed cookies in a large mixing bowl
Mix in cream cheese until well blended (best by hand)
Roll into 1" balls, place aside
Melt all 8oz chocolate in a small deep saucepan or pot until smoothe, be sure not to burn it!!
Using forks, roll or dip oreo-cream cheese balls in chocolate until covered completely
Place on a cookie sheet covered with wax paper
Take the four cookies you put aside and crush until fine
Sprinkle crumbs over still wet chocolate covered oreo-cream cheese balls
Place in fridge for about 2 hours or until you can't wait to eat them.

ENJOY!

today for lunch, i has batchelor's pasta and sauce (tomato, onion and herbs) and it was sooo tasty. The pasta was little bit of twisty pasta bits.

So, i am now officially hooked on pasta. What else can i make, and what kind of sauces go with pasta?

I did eat lasagne once, but i didnt like the cheese and mince mix.

HI.. I tried deep frying last night for the first time in FOREVER.. I got a craving for chineese cream-cheese filled won-tons.. I got wonton wrappers and cream cheese, stuffed, folded, and put them into hot oil.. they get golden within seconds.. Anyway..

But within minutes after being taken out of the oil they were soft and "soggy".. THey still tasted alright.. but I still have lots of wonton wrappers and cream cheese, so I'm going to be doing this again.. What did I do wrong? Any tips for how to deep fry (in a pan of hot vegetable oil, not a special "deep fryer") and keep them crisp, at least until I can sit down and enjoy them???

THanks!!
