Yes it is okay to freeze your t-bone steaks. You will need to re-wrap them in some type of plastic wrap and freezer bags. They should keep up to 6 months. So freezing for only a couple of weeks will be more than okay. Enjoy your meal when you prepare it.

Meat can be frozen for a few months and be alright, the only thing is to make sure that you have put the meat into a freezer bag or used an additional form of wrapping after your purchase, because they use a cheap wrap and you would not want the meat to get freezer burnt and have a funny taste.

Not only is it okay, but you can save a lot of money by buying larger quantities of meat and then freezing them. I always buy the bulk/bargain package of chicken and steaks and freeze the extras for future use. They are usually fine for a few weeks.

Yes they're good for 6 months in the freezer. Take as much air as you can out of the freezer bag to prevent the freeze burn.

Yes, but keep in mind when you thaw them they will return to the stage of decomposition they were in when prior to freezing.
In otherwords, if you bought them and keep them in the fridge for a week, then froze them, you would need to use them right away after thawing. Check the expiration date.
I figured this out when I kept some chicken in the fridge for 10 days, then froze it. By the time it thawed out, it smelled like poo.

It will be good for months. Even if something gets freezer burned it's ok to eat. Just cut off the freezer burned part.

Yes, it will be fine, but you need to re-wrap them in something stronger than store wrap or at least put some alum foil over the store wrap.

Yes, it's fine, just be sure to get all the air out, so as not to create a nest for freezer burn...
