Asian marinated flank steak (1/2 c. hoisin, 1/3 c. each low sodium soy & sherry, 1 tbs bbq sauce, 3 sliced green onions, 4 cloves chopped garlic, 1 tbs freshly grated ginger-pour over 2 lb flank steak or top round steak-marinate at least 4 hours then grill or broil), grilled asparagus (dipped in a couple tbs marinade that I take off before adding the meat), veggie fried rice (from the Chinese restaurant)

Sounds like the rest of those gals are energetic in the kitchen..Well I am by myself for 3 nights and I will eat leftovers. Maybe a salad on the side.

We plan out our meals a week at a time. Because we have a lot of errands to run tonight, dinner will be quick & easy: tuna burgers with avocado sauce, and a green salad.

Chicken, spinach, and bowtie pasta in a roasted garlic alfredo sauce. Probably with cheesy garlic toast. Dinner is served at 7PM. Don't be late (or it will all be gone!).

I took a beef roast out of the freezer this morning.I am going to put it in the crock pot with golden mushroom soup.I am fixing mashed potatoes with some other veggie(I'll decide later)and homemade bread.
