and ...basically when I took it out of the oven , it looks pretty good but after I cut it and I saw that the dough is still raw, just a thin crust that's all, otherwise, between the topping and the crust it's the raw gooey dough...
What should I do about it?
If I put it back in to the oven, I think the toppings will go really dry or even burned .....
and can I still eat it like that?

and is it because I put too much topping on it so the dough doesn't rise?

yes, you can eat gooey dough. It's just not appetizing.

When I make pizza, I crank up the oven as high it can go 525F and back for 8 to 15 minutes. Thin crust.

Also, I try not to pile the toppings too high, but it does get pretty high but not gooey.

I think the key to making a pizza is to cook at high temperatures.

Okay.. make sure ur oven was on the right temp... then the next tip is not to put too much toppings on ur pizza. And put a little drizzle of olive oil on the pan that u bake ur pizza on. Also if u are using one of those premade pizza doughs.. check the baking directions on the container... some are different than others.

I would put it back in on 300F for about 10 min.. Next time if you are going to use a lot of toppings; drizzle a little olive oil on the crust and pre-cook it for about 5-7 min. then add the toppings and finish cooking it.
