Slow smoke them on a smoker or using a grill set up for indirect heat. About 220 deg F. Use our 3-1-1 method. Smoke for 3 hours. Wrap tightly in foil and smoke another 1 hour (this is the fall off the bone part). Remove from foil. Then glaze with your favorite sauce for the last hour.

Here is the easiest way to achieve what you are looking for
score the cartilage on the back of the ribs.
apply seasons (I use my own dry rub).
wrap in a few layers of aluminum foil
place on the grill or in the oven over a shallow pan of water at a low to medium heat
flip ribs every 20 minutes to ensure that each side gets equal heat.
after about 60 minutes check to see how done the ribs are and if they are falling off the bone.
allow to rest in foil for 15 minutes before serving

I recently purchased a pressure cooker for that very purpose. Meat that is cooked under pressure cooks faster because the temperature is higher and that causes the connective tissue to melt thus resulting in meat that falls off the bone. Besides spareribs I have had great results making pulled pork and shreeded beef.

First of all....once you eat it...the bone is already gone! But to make it fall off after it is cooked, just cook it on low for a long time. Or even better, put it in the slow cooker on low for about 8 hours with the seasonings you want, and it should be moist and great! Good Luck...

Chill and marinade pork ribs with your favourite sauce for 3 days. Steam them for 30 mins and start bbquing.

Have fun trying!

I AM AWARE OF TWO METHODS, ALTHOUGH THERE MAY BE MORE. 1. PARBOIL THE RIBS PRIOR TO BAR B QUEING . ABOUT 20 MINUTES AT A HARD BOIL. 2. SMOKE THE RIBS OVER LOW HEAT FOR 6 OR 8 HOURS.

On the back side of the ribs there is a thin layer of cartlage, it is white. Using a knife pierce a hole in and pull the cartlage off with your hands or a pair of plyers.

Most times, the meat will just pull away from the bones but if you like, try some meat tenderizer during your marination.
