I'm making oven fried chicken tonight and I need some gravy. I have a can of cream of chicken soup mixed with a cup of water in the freezer.. I stored it a week ago cause I didn't like the flavor.. I mean it was too bland to me.. I'd like to use it tonight for gravy, what should I add in that soup to make goooood gravy for fried chicken and mashed potatoes?

I am making homemade lasagna, and would like some tips, I'm really worried it will be runny. I will be boiling the noodles, not using the "no boil" type. I can make the meat sauce fine. But any tips are appreciated.

I'm a very simple cook. I'm usually the "just add water" kinda gal, and I usually just make food for myself and one other.

Any way to make some really good, really easy sirloin steak on the stove? (I like mine medium rare, and my boyfriend likes them well-done)

I would like to make corned beef, but my grocery store does not carry corned beef brisket nor a regular brisket. Is there another cut of beef that would work well as an alternative? I plan on brining it myself and 'making it from scratch'. I am stationed in Korea and unfortunately don't have access to other grocery stores.

Ive been baking it in the oven, but it sits in the grease in the pan & for some reason greasy foods breaks my face out, so thats why im trying to avoid the grease. Ive thought of rotisserree. But I dont really like cutting up the whole fryer, do you know of a way to cook the chicken pieces rotiserree style or any other way so that its not greasy? Thanks.

I just made a yogurt cake and it called for 1 tsp. cocoa to be mixed with pecans, brown sugar, and cinnamon and sprinkled in the middle and on top of the batter before baking. I accidentally let more cocoa fall into the mixture, and probably ended up with 2-3 tsps. instead of 1. Do you think this will affect the taste very much? I made this for my mom's birthday and want to make sure it's good...I've also never baked with unsweetened cocoa before and am not sure what the flavor is like.
Thanks in advance for any helpful feedback!
