You can find the Cinnabon cinnamon roll recipe at top secret recipes. I've put the link down below. It will cost you 79 cents, so I didn't get it for you.

Otherwise make a good sour cream dough (my recipe is at my mother's) and let rise, punch down and then roll it out. Add a coating of melted butter. Make a nice cinnamon/sugar (brown or granulated) combination and sprinkle that on the butter. Add raisins and/or chopped pecans if you want. Roll up and slice about 1 1/2 " wide. Put in baking pan(s). Put a little more melted butter on the exposed tops and sides. Let rise for second time and then bake. Drizzle a simple powdered sugar glaze over them while still warm.

Enjoy!

Well the last time that I made cinnamon rolls from scratch, it took a really long time and I was exhausted by the time I was finished. I swore that I would never bake them at home again. They were from the Better Homes & Gardens cook book. Just Google it and you'll find the recipe. Start early, though. It took me hours.

I have a great one! Make biscuit dough--I just use Bisquick. Roll it out fairly thinly on a flour- or Bisquick-dusted surface. Spread with softened butter or margarine, then sprinkle with a cinnamon-sugar mixture (adjust cinnamon/sugar ratio to your taste). Roll up, slice into 1-inch pinwheels, and bake on a greased cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Yummy!

I usually top these with an icing made from powdered sugar and milk or half and half, with a little vanilla added.
