I just made a yogurt cake and it called for 1 tsp. cocoa to be mixed with pecans, brown sugar, and cinnamon and sprinkled in the middle and on top of the batter before baking. I accidentally let more cocoa fall into the mixture, and probably ended up with 2-3 tsps. instead of 1. Do you think this will affect the taste very much? I made this for my mom's birthday and want to make sure it's good...I've also never baked with unsweetened cocoa before and am not sure what the flavor is like.
Thanks in advance for any helpful feedback!

I'm sure it will be fine; in fact, it maybe better!

If your recipe called for at least a half teaspoon of cinnamon, then a half to a full tablespoon (3 tsp. in a Tbs.) of cocoa wouldn't seem out of line. Even if it was less cinnamon, I'm sure it'll be fine; you'll just notice the cocoa a little bit more.

With the cake, it will be alright. It will have a richer taste and maybe a slight bitter taste because of lack of sugar but inside a cake like that, it should be fine.
