thaw and place in cook pot on stove top. Start to heat and add chicken seasonings, poultry seasoning or salt and pepper. I use flour and make a roux with some water and add to flavorings and soup. Continue to add other fluids to make more, chicken broth or just water. If using water, add the potato water you used to boil your potatoes in before mashing......just drain and save water....adds flavor.... Mix and stir constantly over heat until texture desired. enjoy

do you have another can of cream of chicken? only add enough water or milk to thin it out a bit. then add salt/pepper to taste.

otherwise to thicken & flavor the other, add salt/pepper to the other soup till it tastes ok. combine & heat 3 tablespoons each of flour & butter stirred together. add the thin soup & boil till it thickens constantly stirring.

And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true
