I just made some quick pizza. I got a Boboli pizza crust shell, deep dish pizza sauce (thick sauce) shredded mozz,a chopped tomato and some real bacon bits I had in my fridge.
A little canola oil, dried oregano and basil.

10 mins in the oven...YUMMY!

WHAT ARE YOU HAVING?

For example: I need to cook some chicken breast so than I can shred it and make tortilla stew. I really suck at cooking chicken on the stove. And if a recipe calls for it I just won't make the dish at all. I usually think the meat looks and smells wierd and that I did it "wrong". What methods/other ingredients do you guys use for something like this? Can I bake it in the oven (like I do for my other chicken recipes) and then use it in other dishes? I know that's probably a dumb question, but there are some things I just don't know how to prepare properly. Thanks for your help!!

will not marinate filet migon because he says the better the cut of meat, the less marinating it requires. I think all meat, no matter what grade, quality etc... should marinate. Am I right?

A long time ago, a friend made us a snack. He said it was a Spanish breakfast recipe. It was sweet rice and mint, in a lot of milk. I'm sure there are other ingredients but it was over 10 years ago.

I've searched for it on the engines and have come up with Rice Pudding and a few others with mango, but nothing quite like this.

Anyone know what dish I'm talking about, or could point me in the right direction? It was delicious!

Stollen is German or Dutch I think...Its extremely nice anyway, whatever nationality it derives from...
I had some three christmasses ago & have managed to keep myself away from it since, but come on... its about time I had some fun in my life in the shape of STOLLEN
I KNOW they are advertising it for sale in LIDL chain, but apparently its 'uncomfortably dry' from there this year, so most of the people I know that like it are not prepared to get it from there with that 'source of information' regarding its quality
So we are now looking into making our own.
Can ANYONE help??? PLEASE You will be making a lorra peeps real happy!!!!!! And it IS christmas after all....
