I want to make some breaded chicken breasts, are these the only ingredients I need and are these instructions correct?
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts, boneless skinless
2 beaten eggs
all-purpose flour seasoned w/ salt and pepper
bread crumbs that I've mixed parmesan cheese into
oil for frying (olive or canola)
So these are the ingredients I have on hand.
Instructions:
Heat a non-stick pan w/ oil. Pound out the chicken thinly and evenly between 2 sheets saran wrap. Put the seasoned flour in a shallow dish, In another dish beat up the eggs. Then in another dish mix up breadcrumbs w/ the parmesan cheese (I don't know the exact amounts here?) Now I dredge a chicken breast in the flour, shake off excess, dip into the beaten eggs, let excess drip off and finally coat in the breadcrumb parmesan cheese mixture. Repeat w/ rest of the chicken breasts. Fry each coated breast in the hot oil till golden brown. Is this the correct process and ingredients for these?

My mother always makes a pot of stew and every year during the colder months.

Whenever I cook hamburgers on my GF grill, it leaves the burger completely dry. I know that the GF grill is supposed to drain the fat from the burger, but there's got to be a way to leave some of the juices in there!

Any ideas?

I have a family of 5 and right now we have $60 until next week wednesday.... so any recipes that I can make with stuff I have on hand would be great! Of course the only meat I have right now, is canned tuna and canned chicken. But I have a lot of pasta and rice and frozen and canned vegetables. Any recipes would be helpful as I need to cook everyday for my family. Even recipes for things that I do not have would be great! Thanks for listening to my rant:) and thanks ahead of time for all the help!!

I don't eat fast food, after seeing those movies I don't even want to look at a fast food restuarant ever again.
I'm not saying all fast food resturants are corrupted, however I'm saying most of them are based on those movies, news reports, and the bok on Fast Food Nation.
Plus, fast food makes you so unattractive.
I'm not just talking about obesity, I'm also talking about dull hair, dull skin, dull nails, and gross teeth.
There's also health problems that occur with fast food.
It's also expensive, , the flavoring is fake made out of chemicals, and it's not freshly prepared, it's froxen food just being re-heated by deep frying in melted shortening.

The bread gets burned and the cheese doen't melt all the way. And the sandwich gets very very flattened!

The butter is right out of the fridge, and so is the cheese.
