I cooked lasagna and I used some shredded cheese. When I finished cooking I found some cheese mold in the bag of cheese ( in remaining cheese ). Can I still eat this lasagna?

Yes, you can still eat the lasagna.
The cooking process will take care of the mold.

if it was cooked with a pregrated cheese. my best advice would be to throw it away. If it was from a block of cheese, best bet its fine. Most cheese are made from bacterial cultures al around the world. Some you see like gorgonzolla and blue cheese and other you dont like white chedder. Cutting away the offending mold will result in the rest of the cheese being perfectly fine because mold roots are very short. Pre gratted cheese, just mixed the old moldy cheese around and thats not good.

I guess what im saying is would you want to be served a dish with mold cooked into it? What you don't know can't kill ya!!

Why is everyone freaking out over moldy cheese? Throw out the cheese, enjoy the lasagna. Unless you're allergic to mold, you're fine. Most molds are safe to eat.

Scrape the mould off, won`t do you any harm at all, have you looked at cheese under a microscope, if you have, you`ll have seen all those litle maggoty things crawling on it, a bit of mould is nothing!
