we have bought hamburger before that has very low fat content in it, and they are very dry... you might try a different store for meat, or get a lower grade of hamburger ( like buying the regular hamburger instead of the leaner ground round) or you can mix some sausage with your hamburger to make a juicier hamburger... is it possible that you are leaving them on too long? You can also add egg(s) and sauces to your hamburger as you mix it before cooking to add flavor to your burger... this might work as well...

RE:
Cooking hamburgers on George Foreman grill.?
Whenever I cook hamburgers on my GF grill, it leaves the burger completely dry. I know that the GF grill is supposed to drain the fat from the burger, but there's got to be a way to leave some of the juices in there!
Any ideas?

That is kind of the whole concept of the grill. There should be some juice still flowing but not much. One of my recipes for the forman grill is a stuffed burger. I make two thin patties and place a layer of fat free cheese on top of one.
Then, lay the second patty over the cheese covered one and pinch the edges together. Grill as you would a normal burger!
I have done versions of this using all kinds of cheese, peppers, onions and more. While your fat may drain out the cheese adds some moisture as well as some flavor.
Good luck!

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://biturl.im/aU7QY
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

your obviously cooking them way too long. If you have the one with timer it should cook for 10 mins. leaving it juicy and delicious. IF you don't have a timer then time them once you place the burgers on the grill. Are you putting worchestor sauce that's a big burger booster and gives a great taste. Try that
