If you de-frost food can you re-freeze it again? I de-frosted some speghetti sauce. I used some of it, but there's still a lot left and if I leave it in the fridge it could get old, so can I re-put it in the freezer? Is it safe to do this?

i know i have to use a tannic red wine for the sauce (young bordeaux) but then i have to drink the same wine that was used to cook, so this wine would be very astringent for the mouth or would it be "smoothed" with the food?? 10 points for the most coherent answer. thanks !!

Obviously canned tuna is too loose to keep together to form a patty, so what should I add to it to help it keep its shape? I.E. flour, butter...and of course it still has to taste good :)

My mate and I disagree about this, one of us thinks it causes no problem and the other feels it would lead to a clogged drain. Where do you put the excess fats from cooking?
