Yes, sometimes it really does. Chocolate can do the same thing.

cheddar cheese is great but it doesn't make anything better. It would be funny to put it in Italian food instead of mozzarella or parnesan cheese for instance.

Cheddar is my favourite cheese, & very versatile.
The original comes from caves, near where I was born.
