If you can't just trim off the burned part and still have a nice roast:
Trim off the burned part, cut it the rest into chunks, put in your food processor and shred (I swear it works wonders), add BBQ sauce to the shredded beef, mix through and heat and have BBQ sandwiches.
Or
Dice it up, heat and add a packet of taco or fajita seasoning, have on warm tortillas with your favorite toppings.
or
slice thin, heat it up with some au jous and have sandwiches or put on bread, with mashed taters over and gravy over it.

hi, you do no longer ought to cook dinner an extremely good pot roast interior the oven.. I take a three-4 lb rump roast... and taking the pointy end of a knife dipped in in garlic powder pierce the roast throughout. Then roll the roast in all purpose flour and brown on all facets in some canola oil in a 4-6 Qt dutch oven or different deep saucecpot. in simple terms confirm that the beef is roofed. conceal the roast with adequate warm water to conceal and upload some beef bouillion. cook dinner until fork mushy. Thicken the gravy with a flour and water mixture and cut back in quantity until thick... impressive with mashed potatoes and eco-friendly beans... Bon Appetit....

Sure, its salvageable! trim the burned part off, make a nice gravy with caramelized onions, get some good bread, and make an open sandwich, fry up some frozen steak fries, or make your own whatever..... it just goes great with an open sandwich.

There's a difference between hiding it and salvaging it. You might be able to dilute it enough to eat it. Chili or pot pie might do that.

u can slice it thin and make italian roast beef sandwiches, with 2 cans of beef broth and italian seasoning and peppecorns and cook the beef and all together and serve on french bread rolls warm and it is delicious... or u can make hash with it, grind the meat up or chop it up and add chopped potatoes, and onion and cook all together and it is delicious...

If you can get the outside burnt part off it might be ok for a sandwich...taste it for that burnt taste first before you waste your time and other ingredients.
