Saute them in a little butter, and then add them to a cheese omlette.
Fry up a few strips of bacon, cook the mushrooms in the bacon fat, and add the bacon and the mushrooms to some fresh spinach with some red onion for a fantastic salad.
There are lots of things you can add mushrooms to - they go with just about anything.

You can saute them with garlic and some butter and toss on burgers, steaks, sandwiches or pizza. But my favorite is always having a jar of Classico roasted garlic alfredo in the cupboard. Just add that to the sauteed mushrooms, a splash of cream, and some Parmesan. Toss with your favorite pasta.

Just slice and saute' them in butter and/or olive oil. You can eat them on toast. If you have flour saute', add a bit of minced onion. When onion and shrooms are tender add a half tablespoon of flour saute' a bit longer then add 3/4 cup sour cream and heat stirring until slightly thickened. Have that on toast or noodles.

I'd use them to top a burger, steak or chicken. Saute in butter with a bit of garlic.
I've also added them to green beans and saute them just as above! Adds a refreshing flavor.
Or scrambled eggs with mush, onion and cheese!!

Sorry but I would throw them, if they are about to go bad you could finish up with food poisoning no matter how fancy you try to cook them - mushrooms are not suppose to be eaten once they are going bad unless of course you don't worry about getting food poisoning!!

Saute them lightly in some butter and throw them into a quesadilla, sandwich, spaghetti sauce, or on a burger. Yum.
