We have company for early on Christmas, so I make a big Christmas breakfast! I have ham, bacon, egg casserole, hash brown casserole, orange juice, coffee, sweet rolls, and whatever else anyone requests. We munch on the ham and potatoes for the rest of the day. (I also have pastries and pies). I love Christmas. My son plays carols on the cello, and if there aren't too many people, my daughter plays the piano. (Performance anxiety). It's wonderful.

Our usual is a beer basted ham. With homemade stuffing, mashed potatoes, bacon gravy, green bean casserole, and a green salad. And whatever else we feel like cooking.

I don't cook it, but we have a mixture of these foods
Mexican- tamales, virria, arroz, ensalada de papa, salsa and for dessert bunuelos, champurrado.
American- glazed ham, baked green beans, stuffing and pies for dessert.
Every year a family member makes a new dish & we have allot of left overs after.
