Drain the tuna, and add chopped onion and chopped stuffed olives. Moisten with mayonnaise or Miracle Whip.

The green olives & pimiento add a real kick!

Well down south, we don't exactly measure so just go by the texture that you're looking for when adding ingredients. Take 1 can tuna packed in water, drain well, then fluff with fork into mixing bowl. Add 2 boiled eggs - chopped, a tablespoon or so of dill pickle relish, mayo & spicy mustard. Mix well, then chill before serving. Yummy on wheat toast!

I tried to remember a salad that I had in a resaurant that I found to be different and delicious. It has a french name but is quite simple on ingredients.
SALAD NICOISE
6 egg, hard boiled
6 tomato, quartered
1 large cucumber, peeled, and, diced
2 cans White Chunk Albacore or Italian tuna, in oil
15 small red potato, cooked, cooled, and, quartered
10 oz green beans, cooked
4 oz capers
4 oz black olives, pitted
Dijon mustard, vinaigrette
Directions:
Combine the tuna, broken into large flakes, the potatoes, capers, olives and Dijon vinaigrette in a large bowl. Peel and slice the hard boiled eggs into quarters. Arrange the eggs, tomatoes, cucumber, and green beans around the tuna mixture.
Dijon Vinaigrette
¼ cup chopped shallots
3 T. red wine vinegar
1 ½ T. Dijon mustard
½ C. plus 3 T. olive oil
Combine shallots, vinegar and mustard in bowl, season with salt and pepper. Whisk in oil.

I think that you could 1/2 the recipe. and not harm the salad.
