.....is some strange king of sea slug when I was in china. it looked a bit like a rusty relative of broccoli, and still had its guts in - bit like salty and fishy custard.........yum

Oh, had duck tongues and deer penis when there as well, but they were OK.

What's the worst thing you've eaten?

I'm having some French people over for dinner tonight and I heard they like to eat horse ....

I'm unsure ... should I grill it or fry it?

Do they sell it in Asda?

Also, what veg would you recommend?

Also ... where can I get a pan big enough?

I like to slice potatoes thinly and fry with a bit of onion in some bacon grease (I didn't say it was lo-cal.) I put the lid on the pan to partly steam the potatoes so they cook better.

Then when I eat the potatoes, I put dollops of cottage cheese on top. My husband thought I was nuts when he first saw me do it but he tried it and now he does it too.

I know this sounds a bit like poutine but I've tried that a few times and wasn't impressed.

If anyone is familiar with the tv show Barefoot Contessa (Ina Garten) not the movie. Her tv show has awsome music, is there anyone out where that know of any musicians that has a similar style music. Please do not go to her website and post links are information about her music here, it isn't helpful.

How about the extras that you use to make your sandwich? When I was able to eat spicy foods, I would make a single burger with ketsup, sliced sweet pickles, sweet onion slices, and Grippo BBQ potato chips. They are hot, but oh so good. I mash the top of the bun down really good so the chips will stay on the my burger. I'd like to hear how you spice up your burger, to make it your own. So what's unique about your homeade burger?

Has anyone had any experience making a meatloaf in a loaf pan with a very large dill pickle inside? I had a recipe for it but lost it. I can't remember if there was some kind of trick to it or not. When you sliced the meatloaf there would be a slice of dill pickle in the middle of the meatloaf slice. I thought it might be a fun thing to make for my Holloween supper. LIke a pickle in a costume....
