I'd make the chocolate mexican wedding cookies. I haven't ever had them, but I love the vanilla ones SO much.
They are such a short dough that when you bite into them they just break apart into a mouthful of yummyness.
I can only imagine how they taste when you add in cinnamon and chocolate. Sounds great.

Be aware that the first makes 72 cookies and the second makes 18. Of course, you can cut the ingredients down, or add more. They both sound yummy. If you love walnuts, go for the first. Happy baking!♥

Now that you've found these for us, I think I'll try both. Thanks!
The second recipe sounds delightful. The first also sounds good but the amount of cinnamon seems a bit high for my taste. I think I'd cut back a bit.

I'd go with the mexican wedding cookies. I've had the non-chocolate ones and they are delicious...melt in your mouth.
I am sure the chocolate ones are just as good.
