I'm not sure that this qualifies, but try this one:
4 pounds of fresh pork ribs
1 1/3 cups of beef consomme
1 1/3 cups of tomato sauce
1 1/3 cups of red wine
1 1/3 cups of orange juice
4 cloves of garlic, sliced
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
4 teaspoons salt
2/3 cup olive oil
Mix all ingredients in a large roasting pan.
Then add the meat, & marinate in the frig for 24 hours.
Either bake in 350F oven for 45 minutes,
or grill on the barbecue, baste with the marinade.

Couldnt find anything for ribs, only turkey legs, this seemed the most flavorful. Just substitute the ribs for turkey I guess, thats what I would do.

KEV'S RENAISSANCE BARBECUED TURKEY
LEGS

4 turkey legs (small to medium size)
3 tablespoons McCormick Montreal chicken Grill Mates
1/2 cup distilled white vinegar
3 cups water
9" square pan
bottle of McCormick Mesquite Grilling Sauce Grill Mates
bottle of Sweet Baby Ray's honey barbecue sauce

Mix McCormick Montreal Chicken Spice Grill Mates, vinegar, water in pan and marinate legs for 6 hours, turning once.

Drain off 1/2 liquid, and salt lightly with more Montreal Chicken seasoning.

Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes at 350°F. Turn legs over at 20 minutes.

Fire up grill. When legs are done baking in the oven, transfer to hot grill.

I prefer using the lower shield of the Brinkman Electric Smoker with Mesquite wood chips. The heat is even and hot enough to brown legs nicely with a slight smokey flavor).

Brush on the Grilling Sauce during the last 7 minutes of the grilling process; turn over legs and brush on the other side.

Cook until a desirable brown.

Serve with Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce
