Tomorrow I am baking a ham for dinner.. I know how I want to season it and everything. I have made them many times before, but it has been awhile.. So I was wondering how long to cook it. I can't remember if it is 20 minutes per pound, or am I thinking of a turkey?. Thanks

I tried making vanilla fudge and the caramel like substance got to hard to fast because it got way to hot. And I tried it a second time and it wasn't quite as hard and i put the egg in to it and it fried. It was kind of funny but I really want to make good vanilla fudge. Any recipes?
