I would advise you to cook spaghetti in a regular pot of water on the stove. after you get the water up to a boil and throw in the pasta, it takes about 8 or 10 mins.

I would like to make this suggestion. Which ever way you do it make sure to use Spaghetti PASTA not noodles. Noodles are for soup and they are too soft for good spaghetti.

No. You must be able to bring the water to a boil prior to adding noodles and a crock pot will not heat up fast enough for this.
