I GOT THE ONE!!!!
it uses:
the small container of cool whip
a can of crushed pineapples with the JUICE!
a pkg. of INSTANT vanilla pudding
mandarin oranges

you mix the cool whip, crushed pineaples and THE JUICE TOO!,and the( powder part ) instant pudding mix....(do not follow the directions on the pudding box)
ice the cake with this and decorate with the mandarin orange
this is fat free if you use an angel food cake! and you can cut it into 3 pieces( layers) and use this mix to fill too!

I use this a lot ,for many occasions, and it always goes over big!

My sister makes this cake for several of my kids (I have 6!) birthdays as it is one of their FAVORITES. Its DELICIOUS! Try it. (So easy to make even if you're not a whiz in the kitchen)

MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE

1 can mandarin oranges
4 eggs
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter (butter)

Combine ingredients and add juice drained from mandarin oranges and beat until fluffy. Add oranges; beat well. Spread batter in greased 13"x9" pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. When cake has cooled, frost with Pineapple Frosting.

PINEAPPLE FROSTING:

1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Mix pudding and pineapple until smooth, add Cool Whip. Beat until fluffy, frost cake.
