I need to know pretty quickly!

Okay.. I am very picky, so instead of naming the things I hate, I'll just name the things I love! And please someone help me make up some sort of variety of stuff to cook.. It would mean a lot.

I like:

All fruits (except pineapple)

NO Vegitables (except: tomatos, broccoli, lettuce, cucumbers, corn, carrots) - And only RAW veggies. I don't like any cooked. =(

And solely chicken, turkey and tuna. I don't eat beef, pork, seafood (tuna the exception), or any other land animal.

And I like all spices.

Okay.. I know I'm picky, and I sound horrible... But it's true. And hopefully there are some sort of things I can make! Something with baked chicken breast sounds good.. But what to do with it? I am trying to live a healthier lifestyle, and eating the right foods, is my first step. Anything in low fat and carbs, would help a lot. Thanks.

I bought a galangal root because it looked cool but I don't know what to do with it except use it in some thai cuisine, which I don't plan on doing. I heard it's like ginger, but the two aren't interchangeable in taste. So if I can't use galangal like ginger in dishes, than what good is it besides using in Thai food?

I've recently started using a cast iron skillet for searing steaks and chops. Afterwards, I try to clean the pan just with a sponge and hot water, but there always seems to be residue on the pan. I don't want to use detergent or a scouring pad because that would take off the seasoned coating that I baked on. How clean does the pan have to be anyway?

I know, I know, I shouldn't smoke...but the point is I don't very often so I keep a pack around and it gets stale. I usually stick in the freezer, is there a better way?

Well I used Eagle brand's recipe...

"(1) 8 or 9 inch baked pastry shell (or)
graham cracker crumb crust
1/2 cup RealLime® Lime Juice from concentrate
3 egg yolks
yellow or green food coloring, optional
1 (14oz) can Eagle® brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
Whipped cream or whipped topping"

"Preheat oven to 325F. In large mixer bowl, beat eggs with Eagle Brand®, RealLime® brand and food coloring if desired. Pour into prepared pastry shell; bake 30 minutes. Cool. Chill. Top with whipped cream. Garnish if desired. Refrigerate leftovers..."

and the filling just tastes too much like custard, not dense enough...plus it's too sweet...

Any culinary experts out there know how I could possibly salvage this thing to serve to company tomorrow night?

I have been to a party where they have this on a buffet table with a whole bunch of other appetizers. Its a large round or ovalish type of bread and it's stuffed with cheese and some other stuff. To eat it you have to tear off the pieces of bread and dip it in the cheese. It's Soooooo Good! Please help me with the slightest idea!

They use it on a majority of their pizzas, especially the Rustic Italian, which is our favourit. It is a spicy sauce, and extremely tasty. Please help if you can. We can't seem to get enough of this sauce.
Thanks.

My 1 year old is only able to eat fruit (but not banana), vegetables (but not onion, tomato, capsicum, chilli), potato flour, millet products, cinnamon, rice products, sunflower oil and meat. I'm trying to find recipes that work - especially for baking and treats (no bicarb soda or eggs, of course). I can't seem to use preservatives either --- any hints please? Many thanks ...
