Ok, I'm an absolute absolute beginner in the kitchen, and my best dish is probably cereal and milk.... -_- Well, I'm trying to bake cookies today and found a receipe that calls for instant pudding mix. I only have pudding at home. Will it work if I subsitute that for the mix? Thanks. ^^

We're having a little cookout tonight and have two cans of Busch's baked beans - what's the best and quickest way to cook them..? My grandmother usually mixes ketchup and brown sugar or something in with them, but I'm not sure how much to use and can't get a hold of her. Any help is much appreciated.

I'm making my family a big dinner tonight, and I have almost an entire small can of tomato paste left over. I don't want the paste to just be thrown away. Is there some little quick and easy recipe I can make with it? Thanks!

I was putting frosting on a Red Velvet Cake the other day and no matter what I tried I ended up with cake crumbs in the frosting. It ended up looking like the frosting had red "sprinkels" in it.

I bought a ham steak a few weeks ago and need to use it before it expires. I don't want to fry it because that's just too boring. Anyone have any ideas? No limitations on ingredients (i.e. doesn't have to be fat free, low fat, low carb., etc.) As long as it's kid-friendly, I'm game. Thanks everyone!
