I have a recipe for vanilla ice cream and I really wanted to try it.

The problem I have is i went to buy some vanilla pods and they were $9.50 for 2!

I could have brought 2 tubs of Peters Vanilla ice cream on special for that price!

Where can I buy them cheaper than Coles in Australia?

I have never coated chicken cutlets in anything but bread crumbs in my LIFE. I am out of bread crumbs and having people here (surprise!) in an hour. Can I use flour instead of bread crumbs? I can season it with many seasonings because I imagine it would be rather flavor-less.

Anyone know?

I got a couple of recipes from the net. all say practically the same thing:
Shear pork chops
put applesauce on bottom and top of pork
let cook for about 40 - 45 min.

My question is wont the applesauce burn being in the skillet for 40 min. Another question is are you suppose to stir the apple sauce and pork while cooking. and lastly is there an alternative????

Thanks in advance

They're not exactly health nuts, but they're definitely not the donuts and little smokie crowd either. I want to send one or two pans of ready-to-eat meals. What's a good dish that'll have all the guys bragging to my husband about what a wonderful cook his wife is? :)

I bought a Package of 2 Salmon Filletts yesterday and I have no idea how to bake it. I also bought a bottle of Lemon and Herb Marinade for it.

I read somewhere to wrap them/tent them in foil to help keep in juices etc. So I plan on trying that, but for how long do I bake them for? How do I know when they are done?

Thanks for any input!
