Put the mixture into a ziplock type food storage bag and cut one of the botton corners off and squeeze it in. Cheap and easy.

Use softened lasagne leaves, spread the mixture on and roll up. Place overlap side down in your gratin dish. Alternatively use an icing bag with a large nozzle.

Use a cake decorating bag, or a piping bag fitted with the widest nozzle you have. Be sure to squeeze from the end, otherwise your filling will squirt out of the bag.

A bag that holds frosting, used to decorate cakes would work just fine & would be a lot faster. I'm not sure where they can be purchased but try Wal*Mart, etc.

The instrument that is used to ice cakes with a wide opening is great for something like this. Buen provecho!
