I need a good, fast marinade, something tasty! Something I don't have to let set for hours.

I love a mix of terriyaki, soy, and brown sugar. Poke holes in the meat and marinate for 30 minutes..It's a really thick marmade, so it's really flavorful.

Alisha yours is darned close to mine!
Being Italian my ingredients are from scratch...olive oil, red wine (balsamic) vinegar, worcestershire sauce, crushed garlic and I like to shake some Montreal Steak Spice over the steaks and give it all a toss. You can marinate over night or for 20 minutes...either way it's delicious. You can even make a batch and baste it. The vinegar tenderizes and the oil gives both flavour and keeps the steaks moist and from sticking.
Of course the longer they marinate the better. Put them in a zip log bag if overnight and just flip the bag around every now and again.
Enjoy!

I don't know if this helps but I always buy the marinade from Jack Daniels in mesquite. Its a bag with the sauce already in it and you put the meat inside and shake to coat it well. It's really tasty!!!!!

Half a Coke, some soy sauce (to taste) fresh garlic, fresh ginger.
The Coke adds flavor and is a great tenderizer.
