Picadillo Tacos-ground beef, cumin, diced green bell peppers, diced onion, garlic if preferred, salt, pepper, all sauteed together and served on tortilla.
Barbacoa Taco-Bury head of cow in hole in ground on hot coals. Cook overnight. Scrape beef from skull. Salt to taste. Serve on Tortilla.
