I want to grow my own peppers and make my own pepper sauce.

jalapenos taste very good but are a bit on the spicy side..you should go to google.com to find peppers that would grow well in your area you can also go to foodtv.com for recipies. enjoy!

green and red

cooked peppers for hoagies
already canned or cooked green and red pepper strips
drain some juice off.
add enough ketchup to make it red and a little saucy
add a pinch of brown sugar
hot pepper seeds to taste be carefull
simmer for 40 minutes add to steak hoagies top with moz cheese bake and eat

2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
