If you have cooking oil, put a few drops in the bottom of pan. Use a paper towel to spread it around and soak up excess.

put some vegetable or canola oil in small bowl ,then take a pastry brush and brush the oil on your pan,that ought to work just as well as spray oil,it works for me when I'm out of the spray,yup

Just use whatever kind of fat you have in the house...oil, butter, crisco, etc. Whatever it is you use, you want a thin layer, so after the whole pan is covered and there are no bare spots, make sure you remove any large-ish clumps of your butter or crisco.

Just put any kind of oil or fat in the pan--it's the same thing, just not in an aerosol form.
