you have got to be joking m8. the quickest and probably easiest way is whisk egg's and milk together then microwave but don't forget to take the bowl out every thirty seconds or so and stir it again. there is also the good old fashioned pan on the stove but make sure you use a non stick one as it tends to be a bit of a mess to clean afterwards. You should also keep an eye on the pan and stir it regularly. for the best taste add a tiny pinch os salt to the end product.

Try this

2 large eggs
1 tablespoon milk
1 level tablespoon fresh snipped chives
salt and freshly milled black pepper

You will also need a small non-stick saucepan and a wooden fork.

Begin by beating the eggs in a bowl, together with a good seasoning of salt and pepper. Now place the saucepan over a gentle heat, then add the milk to moisten the pan, whirling it around the edges. Add the eggs and, using a wooden fork or pointed wooden spoon, briskly stir backwards and forwards through the liquid egg. Keep on scrambling until three-quarters of the egg is a creamy, solid mass and a quarter is still liquid. Now add chives and continue to scramble, then remove the pan from the heat and continue scrambling until no liquid egg is left. Serve immediately, as the egg will continue to harden

or Scrambled eggs with wild mushrooms
For the mushrooms
15g/½oz butter
100g/3½oz wild mushrooms
1 tbsp chopped parsley
For the scrambled eggs
3 free-range eggs, whisked
1 tbsp double cream
salt and freshly ground black pepper
25g/1oz butter
To serve
2 rashers bacon, fried until golden, chopped
fresh chives, to garnish

Method
1. For the mushrooms, melt the butter in a frying pan over a high heat. Add the mushrooms and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until softened. Remove from the heat and place into a bowl and stir through the parsley.
2. For the scrambled eggs, whisk the eggs in a bowl, add the cream and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
3. Melt the butter in a frying pan over a low heat and add the egg mixture. Cook, stirring gently, for 2-3 minutes, or until cooked to your liking.
4. To serve, place a chefs' ring in the centre of a plate. Spoon in the scrambled egg and top with shredded bacon, then carefully remove the ring. Arrange mushrooms around the egg stack and garnish with chives.

The best way is to beat 3 large eggs per person with salt and white pepper.Melt a good slab of butter in a heavy pan.Cook gently stirring with a wooden spoon all the time.Don't let it get too firm, its best creamy. Serve straight away or it will go rubbery. You can do this in the micro but it's not as good andit's harder to get it just right.
