I am making a quiche tonight for tomorrow's breakfast. How long and at what temp would I reheat it tomorrow without overcooking it?

I have frozen chicken that I want to defrost so I can cut it up tonight. Tomorrow morning I want to stick it in my slow cooker, but I don't want to have to cut up chicken in the morning. Is it a bad idea to defrost the chicken and then leave it in the fridge overnight?

I was watching a movie, saw someone offer it to her friends, remembered that I had it way back when and just curious as to how you actually make it.

If I remember right, it has cinnamon & sugar on/in it.

It's my parent's 18th wedding anniversery on April 1st. (forgive me if I spelled it incorrectly) I'm ten and me and my bro are making a cake. We were going to use confetious (or whatever) sugar for frosting. Any other ideas?

I am making a cake covered in buttercream frosting but i want to drizzle the top with chocolate. If I use chocolate chips, won't the cocolate harden once it cools? I want the end result of the drizzled chocolate to be shiny and not hard. What kind of chocolate should I use? Chips? Ganache?

I went to Carver's for lunch and had a very yummy steak salad! I asked for Balsamic Vinagerette on the side, and skipped the bacon. However, it still had a little bit of blue cheese, walnuts, and grilled onions. OOHHh and a good amount of steak =D

im on the south beach diet so i stayed away from bread. but im worried about the calorie content of the salad. any ideas?

i couldnt find the nutrition facts for Carver's online.

I was watching that show on FoodTV called "Every Day Italian With Giada DeLaurentis" and she made some noodle dish in a pan that she was able to cut into slices and eat like one would eat a piece of pizza. I am not sure what it was called, but I would love the recipie for it. Anyone have it? And yes, I did a search on www.foodtv.com to no avail. So any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Mine is Rick Steins & French Odyssey , his shows are just so enjoyable, he is passionate about cooking, about local produce and his style is so simple and easy.

I also like Jamie Oliver and Escape to Italy.
