Mine is Rick Steins & French Odyssey , his shows are just so enjoyable, he is passionate about cooking, about local produce and his style is so simple and easy.
I also like Jamie Oliver and Escape to Italy.

Favourite TV chef is Jamie Oliver - it's just my style of cooking!
Favourite TV show is Saturday Kitchen. Love the variety of chefs on there, and the omelet cooking competition, where they produce the most undercooked omelette's you've ever seen!

Any show of Rick Steins is great I love his fish recipes and Chalky the dog is so cute!
I also really enjoy Keith Floyd just for the comic factor and Tasmin day Lewis does some good recipes too.

Paula Deen and both of her shows Paula's Home Cooking & Paula's Party
She's a southern lady with a kick! She cooks the way my grandmother cooked and subsequently the way I cook. She tastes everything and has the sweetest yet sneakiest laugh that makes me laugh.
I also like Giada DeLaurentiis, Ina Garten, Tyler Florence, Michael Chiarello, Nigella Lawson, Mario Batali, Bobby Flay, Tony Bourdain, and Rachael Ray.

Antony Worral Thomson Saturday Cooks.AWT has such a passion for food and he does not belittle the domestic cook or other professional chefs one bit.
Furthermore AWT is not stuck on the same old French Haute Cuisine that has dominated cooking since Escoffier and before. He brings a refreshing tang of lemon juice and pesto to our jaded palates.

I like two of the Food Network's cooks.
Mario Batali is the most accomplished chef on television today. He is probably the best chef in America.
I also like Tyler Florence. He is very entertaining and his "Ultimate" series really does have some great recipes.

I think my favorite chef would be Lidia Bastionich. My favorite show has become Bizzare Foods on the Travelk Channel. The guy eats the nastiest stuff you'd ever imagine, but somehow it is disgustingly captivating

My favourite chef is Raymond Blanc, GENIUS!
My favourite T.V chef is probably Jamie Oliver although his cheeky chappie bit is beginning to irritate me, see when he spins that beef joint whilst pouring oil on it in the latest Morrison's advert i just want to slap him.His books are great though, and i love the inspirational way he talks about food.
