So, I was thinking of trying a new thing to eat. I was thinking:
A peice of toasted bread, with Nutella.

Or should I just keep it with untoasted bread?

I don't cook a lot, but when I try to prepare chicken, it usually turns out too dry. I like moist chicken but I'm also health-conscious. Does anyone have an amazing chicken recipe that they would like to share?

I'm craving mini pizza, I have the base, ham and cheese but I don't want to open a new tomato paste cos I don't have anything else to use it up with (that and I can't be bothered to make the effort to cook up something else JUST to use it up). So I thought about BBQ sauce, but I wasn't sure if normal table barbeque sauce would work as well. I think it may be too runny, but then again it could thicken up when it gets cooked...does anyone know if it works to use normal table bbq sauce???

I have purchased some squash slices, prebreaded and frozen, and the bag just says cook on medium, turning often.

My question is, what would be a good (pan fry with oil) temperature to start these at, I have heard on cooking shows if the oil is too cool the food will absorb the oil, and if the oil is hot enough it will fry them without absorbing a lot of oil.

Any thoughts (other than cook on med) would be appreciated.

I am interested in trying scallops but wasn't sure if I should.
I am allergic to pretty much all shell fish, and I was wondering if Scallops are in that family, or are they a different form of shell fish?
My fiance's dad is violently allergic to shrimp, lobster, and clams and he is able to eat scallops.
Could someone please clarify for me if I could eat scallops or should I just avoid them.
Thanks for the help.
