I roast them in a cooking bag. They come out really moist and flavorful. I cook them at 350 for about an hour or until browned.

Depends on how you want to cook them. Do you want braised or baked or grilled or smothered or smoked or ... ?
This is a great way to kick up the flavor of a turkey wing. The sauce is spicy and sweet accompanied by a traditional tomato base. Try this wing recipe next time you have a cookout and see just how surprised and delighted your guests will be.
INGREDIENTS:
6 turkey wings
2 cups beef broth
1 onion chopped
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon tabasco
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
PREPARATION:
Cut off wing tips and discard. Split turkey wings and set aside. Meanwhile, melt butter in a sauce pan. Add onion and saute until lightly brown. Add mustard, sugar, vinegar, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, celery salt, cayenne and 1 1/2 cups of the beef broth.
Bring to a boil. In small bowl combine 1/2 cup of beef broth with the cornstarch. Stir into boiling mixture and continue heating until it thickens. Preheat grill. Grill turkey wings over a medium heat for about 20 minutes or until done. Baste frequently with sauce.

Boil???? Never....bake....like chicken....anyway you want, spice it, BBQ sauce it, marinade them, no set way but boiling not necessary. Prep to taste and stick them in a slow oven, about 280 degrees for 3 hours, cover for 1/2 the time. They will be tender and flavorful. Same with chicken wings, use long slow oven for deep flavor.

you can deep fry them like chicken wings and them add hot sauce mixture or bbq sauce if you like. or you can bake them in the oven for about an hour lightly seasoned with everglade seasoning(you can find this on the seasoning aisle) at 350. when the meat starts to fall off the bone they are done.

I would season them up as you like, then roast them pretty side down in a 400ºF oven for about 30 min; turn over, roast another 30-45 min. They should be tender, the skin a bit sticky, and the bones should wiggle in their sockets.
