Is it spaggetti with cut cheese on top?
I hear it everywhere and i am not american,so i dont know?

Macaroni and cheese is generally a tube- or spiral-shaped pasta blended with a cheese sauce. The sauce is usually made by melting cheddar, american, or other medium-hard cheese in a mixture of scalded milk, butter, a few grams of flour (for thickening and binding), and seasonings. The sauce can be blended with the pasta and served immediately, or poured into a baking dish, topped with more cheese and/or bread crumbs, and baked until bubbling.

Macaroni and cheese is usually made with elbow macaroni, but you can use just about any heavier pasta. There's a little bit more to the recipe that what you're thinking. Usually you add milk or cream and seasonings. Some people top it with breadcrumbs or crushed crackers for a yummy topping. mac and cheese is short for macaroni and cheese macaroni is small tubes of pasta you will find them in just about any shop normally you would cook the mac according to the directions on the box put them in an oven proof dish make a white sauce put heaps of cheese in it and pour it over your mac mix it in put more cheese on top and bake in the oven till golden brown on top

it is a type of noodle that u boil and put cheese sauce on while its cooking and stir it till it is well on all the noodles and no cheese is loose.(macaroni is the noodle)

all pasta is made out of flour an water, it is just cut in differant shapes. macoroni is one shape, an cheese is just melted ,chedder cheese with milk usually â¥
