Different cow parts such as cheek meat, different head meats which is called Variety Meats. It is ALL USDA government inspected meat and don't let anyone tell you different.
And to Sam, below, honey that is what hamburger is made out of.

They are made from the small bits that can't be turned into sliced deli meat or whole roasts/chops. So, you may get certain organ meats, meat from the facial muscles, and flesh that clings to bones after they've been separated and the bulk of the meat removed. Kosher hot dogs are not "inspected" by a rabbi; that is a fallacy. It just means that the process for producing the meat product is certified to be kosher by a rabbi. Kosher hot dogs will contain no pork or milk products or byproducts, which generally results in a healthier product with less artificial preservatives.

I am not so sure if you want to know, unless you plan on never eating them again. And I am talking about regular hot dogs, not the kosher ones. They are made up of the scraps that are left over from processing the meat. So the 'all beef' hot dogs are made of all beef SCRAPS. it isn't high quality meat in there, but the kosher ones are completely all meat, and no scraps.

Uncuttable meat parts beef chicken and pork. I saw hot dogs being made on T.V. and never ate one again. there was peices of skin ,fat, and even little pieces of hair on what looked like part of a snout of an animal. sorry for being so graphic but people should know what they are eating

It depends. They can be made from just about anything, or something as simple as beef, or duck, or pure pork or chicken.
