make a cookie dough recipe (i don't know what you mean by plain) and use pasturized eggs, you don't have to worry about food born illnesses this way.

Just as you would chocolate chip cookie dough, I suppose, just leave out the chips and the eggs. You cannot keep it much longer than a couple of days though. Make sure to refrigerate when not in use.

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt


1 cup (2 sticks, 1/2 pound) butter, softened

3/4 cup granulated [white] sugar

3/4 cup packed brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
