brown 1 pound of burger, add chili seasoning from the store
throw in the crock pot with the following:
2 large cans of diced tomatoes
1 large can of tomato sauce
1 small can of hormel chili
2 can of the bean of your choice, kidney or chili beans
cook in crock pot at least 8 hours
mine is devoured in no time and has been at potlucks i have brought it to
great to serve with shredded cheddar cheese!

Easy Vegetarian Chili 1 15-oz can black beans, rinsed and drained 1 15-oz can white beans, rinsed and drained 1 1/2 tsp finely minced garlic 1 cup minced red onion 4 tsp chili powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp cumin 1/8 tsp oregano large pinch cayenne pepper 3 14.5-oz cans crushed tomatoes 6 tbsp snipped fresh cilantro 8 tbsp sour cream 8 tbsp grated Cheddar cheese 1. Combine all ingredients except sour cream and cheese in a crock pot; stir to combine. 2. Place on low heat and cook 6 to 8 Hours. (Of course, if your pressed for time, cooking on high heat for about 2 hours will also work.) 3. To serve, ladle into soup mugs and sprinkle each serving with Cheddar cheese and a dollop of sour cream, and garnish with fresh cilantro. TIPS: Spices can be adjusted to taste. Use more or less cumin, chili powder, or cayenne to your liking.

Brown your ground meat.Put it in the crock pot.Then add 1-chopped onion,1-can each(washed and drained)pinto,black,and red beans,1-package of chili mix,1-can Roitel tomatoes,1-can diced tomatoes,1-package of Hidden Valley Original Ranch dressing mix.Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6.Good with crackers or cornbread.

Buy a package of chili seasoning mix, toss in a can of red kidney beans, diced tomatos, tomatoe sauce and water according to package directions. Turn the crock pot on high if you need it faster.

This chili uses chicken. It is a delicious
White Chili
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons black pepper
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 teaspoon crushed red peppers
2 cans drained chopped green chilies
1/4 cup minced fresh jalapeño peppers
1 pound rinsed dried navy beans
5 cups hot fat-free chicken broth
3/4 cup chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 bunch chopped cilantro leaves, divided
In a 4-quart or larger slow cooker, toss the chicken with the flour until evenly coated.
In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, cumin, oregano, black and white peppers, and crushed red peppers, add to slow cooker and mix well. Add the green chilies, jalapeño peppers, beans, hot broth and onion.Cover and cook on low 8 to 9 hours or until beans are tender. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir in half the cilantro. Ladle into bowls and garnish with remaining cilantro.
