What seasonings would you reccommend?

sautee them in some canola or olive oil until lightly browned on both sides. then pour a can of cream of mushroom soup over them, a half can of water, a pinch of dried thyme, some sliced onions and bell peppers. let it simmer for 25 minutes on low heat with a lid on it....enjoy with rice, rolls, and a salad.

Slowly saute in a combo of butter and olive oil (don't cook fast or they will be rubbery...). Add your seasonings before putting them in the pan...whatever you like. You could also marinate the turkey in plain yogurt (with the spices you pick) for a while beforehand - it will make it more moist. Good luck!

You can marinade them in Teriyaki marinade and then grill or you can bake them. Montreal steak seasoning or a little Mesquite Mrs. Dash is great too.
